A Redesigned Help Experience

At Squarespace, we take pride in our commitment to great customer service. We provide Live Chat and 24/7 email help not just for customers, but for anyone that has a question about Squarespace products and services. Even though we always respond quickly (under an hour for email questions) we recognize that the fastest way to get help with Squarespace is to simply find the perfect guide that can visually explain what you’re looking to do, and walk you through the steps you need with detailed explanations. Guides and videos are great to help you learn how to use Squarespace and they're there for you to refer back to anytime you need. Today, we’re introducing a new Squarespace Help Site that will do an even better job of giving you the help you need.

In addition to an overall cleaner look, we’ve improved the search function of our Help Site so that you’ll be able to find relevant articles more easily. You can also rate our articles, giving us valuable feedback on how we can improve our guides so you get the information you want to see. We've added an updated Workshops page to present you with comprehensive videos that walk you through setting up your site, and we'll be adding more Workshops for you in the coming months. Finally, we’ve made it more efficient for you to send us an email, recommending specific help articles along the way, but still making it easy to either send us a message or live chat with one of our team members.
