At Squarespace, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are proud to announce that last night, our Customer Care Team won a Gold Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year - Computer Services. Our Director of Customer Care, Christa Collins, took home the Bronze Award for Customer Service Executive of the Year.
The Stevie Awards (also known as the American Business Awards) are the nation’s premier business awards program. More than 3,200 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.
Since launching the new version of Squarespace last July, our support ticket volume has doubled, from 7,000 to over 14,000 tickets a week. Squarespace’s Customer Care Team kicked off 2012 with 18 members and remains the largest department within the company with more than 50 employees at present.
